We have taken all the food suggestions and ideas from the attendees of October's Cooking Class and have come up with an exciting FALL HARVEST menu for November's Free Weight Loss Surgery Cooking Class

You will learn cooking tips and tricks from a professional chef. *FREE FOOD* The food you are learning how to cook will also be served to you for your enjoyment.
Our bariatric cooking classes are such a hit that we have decided to provide this class free of charge monthly!

We cannot wait for you to join us and learn interesting new ways to spice up your kitchen in a bariatric friendly way.
